What is EyeSaver app?

EyeSaver is a timer that runs in the background and every 20 minutes fades the screen to black for 20 seconds, prompting you to look away from the screen and save your eyes.

Why is this app needed?

Staring at a computer screen all day is extremely bad for your eyes - this has been proven through research. We all know we should look away from the screen but how often do you actually do it? If less than every 20 minutes then this app is for you

EyeSaver regularly fades your screen, forcing you to look away. It may sound disruptive but for less than 8 minutes a day is it worth damaging your eyes, not that big a sacrifice and your eyes will thank you.
